A Good Monday Surprise!

OK-- I was hoping to be back today with a great party update, but... I got a little sidetracked.  Ya' see, today I got an AWESOME package in the mail.  It had this in it:

It is a crafter's DREAM tool.  The Silhouette Cameo-- it's a crazy awesome cutting machine.

Let's just say it would've shaved lots of time off this project.

I am DYING excited.  And in a cheapskate's dream-- I WON it during the last giveaway at Kara's Party Ideas, one of my absolute FAVORITE sites!  I'm still in shock.

I haven't taken it out of the box yet because I have so many things that I've put off for way too long.  I'm trying to make it my "treat" when I finish all the other crap that I have to do-- like get things from this weekend's party put away-- ugh.  This is the part of parties that I DON'T like.

And in other news...  I was sick on Sunday-- like in bed, not able to move my head hurt so bad sick (stupid migraines).  At one point Cole came into my room.  He came in just to tell me he loved me. :)  He came in looking like this:

Yep-- bike helmet, sunglasses AND binoculars, mittens, watch, striped sweater, striped pajama bottoms and Santa Claus socks.  Oh, and he had a Green Lantern ring on under his mittens.  This is what happens when my boys (my husband and my four year old) are left alone for too long.  :)
